It was rather quite special to see an Osprey in Peralvillo yesterday. Even more special to see it flying with a fish, which I missed it catching. Not so the gulls though, they saw what was going on and in typical Great Black-backed fashion decided to go after it. This young gull chased and harassed until the Osprey gave up it´s prey.
The last time I saw one here was in Sep 2008, quite some time ago. It´s probably just passing through, but hey, wouldn´t it be great if it stayed?
